| Mike Werner teaches financial and management accounting at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and is the Course Coordinator for ACC 211, Introduction to Financial Accounting and ACC 212, Introduction to Management Accounting. Mike is the Vice President of the Florida Association of Accounting Educators and active in creating teaching materials that conform to the recommendations of the Accounting Education Change Commission.
He is a co-author of four accounting textbooks published by Prentice Hall. Mike is also a visiting professor at East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, China and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Accounting Association. |

| Mike Werner has been active in Offshore Power Boat Racing since 1992 as the Driver for the Pitman Photo Express Offshore Race Team. The team was the 1996 National Champion and finished second in the 1997 National Championship for Super Boat International's Offshore A.
